1. Which locations do you ship to?

We ship products to almost all locations across the country using services from leading courier companies in India.

2. How much time does it take to receive an order?

We aim to deliver products quickly. All orders are dispatched within 72 hours of payment, Tuesday to Sunday. Typically, delivery takes an additional 7 – 10 working days after dispatch. Please note that unforeseen circumstances – such as bad weather, heavy rains, flight delays, or logistics issues – may extend delivery times.

3. How do I know the status of my order?

You can check the latest status of your order through the ‘Order History’ tab on your account page in our online store.

4. My order has been shipped. How do I track the shipment?

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email containing the courier company details and your tracking number. You can use this information to track your shipment.

5. My order is shown to be shipped through multiple shipments. Why is that?

It’s normal for orders to ship in multiple shipments. We may store different products in various locations, and they may be shipped separately. You will receive email notifications as each product in your order is shipped.

6. Are there any shipping charges applicable to my order?

Shipping charges are based on the weight and dimensions of the shipment. You can view the exact charges at the checkout page. For an estimated shipping cost, feel free to email us with your shipping address and contact details.
